Canada-based Nigerian, Ojo has remixed Summer Walker’s ‘Girls Need Love,’ a great song on its own. Ordinarily, this would have missed out on this list, but with the refreshing flavor Ojo brought to the lo-fi, emo beat with the familiar zingy aphorisms, it was a no-brainer.

Ojo is a Nigerian born singer-songwriter/rapper based in Toronto, Canada. Not too long ago, he released a smooth tropical-world tune, entitled, “I.J.G.B”. “I.J.G.B” contains a relatable storyline, melodic vocals, and vibey-summer instrumentation flavored with tropical and hip-hop elements.

Since the release of his first EP Last Summer, OJO has been steadily increasing his fan base, releasing singles, and performing around the city. His EP, Last Summer, is a project full of contemplative beats that takes listeners on a journey of longing and growth.
